Movie fans of all different categories should be looking forward to this March. With new animated movies, comedies, action movies and dramas coming to the silver screen, there is sure to be a flick for every movie buff or casual viewer to enjoy.
Mr. Peabody and Sherman:
Mr. Peabody and Sherman is a fun, animated movie about the world’s smartest dog, Mr. Peabody, and his human, Sherman. When Sherman disobeys Mr. Peabody’s orders and messes with his greatest invention, a time machine, the two are catapulted back in time.
Need for Speed:
Based on a popular video game, Need for Speed depicts a young man who was framed for manslaughter. Two years later, fresh out of prison, Tobey is determined to get revenge on the man who framed him. In the world of underground racing, the best way to extract revenge is to beat them in a big race. Can Tobey overcome all odds and get back at the man who framed him for a crime he didn’t commit?
Bad Words:
Bad Words is a comedy about a bitter man who wants revenge on his mother, the organizer of the national spelling bee, by winning the spelling bee as an adult. Along the way in his journey, he befriends a reporter and a young contestant.
Tyler Perry’s Single Moms Club:
After an incident at their kids’ school, a bunch of single mothers form a support group. In this upcoming dramedy, the women overcome life obstacles and help each other to stay strong.
Divergent:
Fans of the popular book series by the same name were begging for it to be made into a movie, and it finally has. In a futuristic world where people are sorted into groups by their personalities and characteristics, Tris Prior doesn’t fit into any group. Known as divergent, she has to remain in hiding, for if she is discovered she will be killed.
Muppets Most Wanted:
Muppets Most Wanted is a children’s movie that depicts the Muppets on a world tour. Unfortunately, while enjoying themselves on the tour, the Muppets run into trouble when a highly wanted criminal looks identical to Kermit.
Noah:
When the Earth is covered with floods, Noah, a righteous man, must build an ark quickly in order to save all of the species in the world. Can all of the species survive the flood, or will some of them go extinct in the struggle?
